Techniflex Industrial flexible hoses are usually used in all kinds of industrial applications, transfer of air particals and other gas fluids. These hoses have the capacity to be bent, shrank and extented by being produced from various materials and they are resistant to both cols and hot environments. They are produced in different production methods due to place of use.
Aforesaid produced hoses are being manufactured only by our company in Turkey. As a local hose manufacturer, we can provide fast delivery duration, affordable price and easy access for consumer firms regarding these hoses which are produced only in 2 diffferent locations all over the world, are nationalised by our company.
Besides, our hoses TECHNI SIL 40 and TECHNI SIL 41 which are silicon made and resistant to high temperature (-70 / + 250 C) have passed the tests of “Gas and Toxicity”, “Inflammability” and “Smoke Density” given by “Govmark” testing center located in United States successfully and certificated.
With our AS 9100 Certificate, which is valid across the world, as a only manufacturer of ground support systems (PIT, PCA, Hose Retriever) and in-flight and in-helicopter “Ducting Systems” in Türkiye. We design and manufacture Environmental Control Systems (ECS) for in-flights and helicopters.
Under-Bridge PCA systems; It offers possibilities such as automatic fault detection, optional AIDX, use of R 410A gas in compliance with environmental standards. The system, which determines the needs according to the aircraft type. The system provides user and environmental friendly solutions for different aircraft types with easy-to-change modules
We offer ground support equipment such as PIT, PCA, GPU, ACU in different capacities. The capacity varies according to the jets such as; F-16, F-35, JF-17 etc.These ducting systems have been certified according to Airbus’ test criteria by performing qualification and flight tests in an accredited institution.
Gökser is acting with the principle of modern production systems and modern management systems. Our company has received the Aviation Industry Quality Management System Certificate which is internationally known AS 9100 Revision D.
These systems are specially designed and produced for each aircraft type according to the specification values of the aircraft.
The ECS system ensures that the temperature, pressure and humidity values of the cockpit. The electronic equipment are within the comfort limits under all outdoor conditions, with that the aircraft and pilots can fly safely, effectively and comfortably. System can provide automatic or manual temperature control in the cockpit. The system provides a homogeneous temperature distribution in the front and rear cockpit.
